Progress check-ins<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You give the task, but agree on clear moments to align along the way.<br \/>\nExample: \u201cStart the campaign and check in with me at three fixed moments.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f You guide.<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f They learn.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Delivering the result<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>No more interim reviews.<br \/>\nThey return when it\u2019s done.<\/p>\n<p>Example: \u201cLaunch the product line and show me the final output.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f They own the process.<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f You only own the outcome.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4.
