Executive coaching for business owners and leaders
You run a growing company and notice that hardly anyone is left who will honestly challenge you.
Six things I hear almost every week
Not from people who are doing badly. From people who have done well for a long time, and notice that the old way no longer works.
You make too many decisions alone
You have a management team, but not yet as a sparring partner at your level.
You keep putting out fires
All week long. And the work that makes your company grow is left undone.
You are too deep in operations
You have grown into a leadership role, but your day still looks the same.
Nobody challenges you
You mostly hear what people think you want to hear.
Your team does not take ownership yet
They wait for you, even on decisions they are perfectly able to make themselves.
You know the pattern
You know what is holding you back. You just cannot break it.
Three or more yeses? Then this is worth a conversation.
Book an introductory callThe model Gwen works with. The business owner is at the centre, leadership and team are the two pillars, and everything is aimed at the growth of the company.
Coaching on three levels at once
Most coaching focuses on one part. A growing company needs more, because the leader, the team and the organisation all move at the same time.
Business growth
Which growth phase you are in, and what the priorities are there. Where useful, with elements from Scaling Up and EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, among others.
Personal leadership
What you need to develop yourself, and which limiting patterns are in your way.
Team leadership
How you lead your organisation. Who is in the right place, who you part ways with, how you organise the team.
Where things get stuck, we go one layer deeper. So you let go for good of the patterns and beliefs that hold back your success. Among other things, I use Time Line Therapy®, in which I am a certified Master Practitioner. These techniques work quickly and very effectively.
Which level weighs most differs per programme and per phase. They never stand on their own. Underneath it all lies PITPACK: Phases, Involvement, Trust, Processes, Accountability, Communication, Key.
Five steps, from introduction to review
A subscription of six months or a year, with a live session of about two hours every month and a short check-in in between. After that, the programme can be extended.
- STEP 1
Introduction
Thirty minutes, online. Does it click, and does your question fit what we do.
- STEP 2
Assessment
A TriMetrix assessment and an intake form. Objective insight into behaviour, motivators and emotional intelligence. It speeds up the start, and you benefit from it for years.
- STEP 3
Measurable goals
Otherwise you will not know at the end whether it worked.
- STEP 4
The sessions
After every session you leave with concrete insights and actions.
- STEP 5
Review
What has changed, and what is needed to make it last.
What they mention most: that she tells it like it is
More than two hundred and sixty organisations, from scale-ups to boards. What they share: they wanted to move forward and were willing to change something for it.
“The reason was that I was at a crossroads with my business and a little unsure about which route to take. [...] Within four months I had moved into an office, set up several workstations, and found the courage to keep growing a little further.”
Sonja KosterOwner, Mindsign“Above all I was looking for a coach who could match theory and practice [...] After many tips from Gwen I organised my role differently, found more balance between work and private life, and gained the calm to oversee things and look ahead.”

Better a clear no up front than a programme that fizzles out halfway
For business owners and leaders with a team, who are highly committed to developing themselves. Without that commitment it does not work, and then we would rather not start.
You are welcome if
- you want to set and reach measurable goals
- you are willing to break unworkable patterns and look at your own behaviour
- you are highly committed, because those are the only people I still work with
This is not for you if
- you want a sounding board but do not want to change anything
- you want someone else to solve the problem while you keep doing the same
- you cannot take direct feedback
- you do not want to make time for it, because a programme asks more than the sessions alone
What it costs
I work with subscriptions of six months or a year, because nothing lasting changes in less time. A year is relatively better value. In practice most programmes are extended after that period, and I often work with clients for years. After the introduction you receive a proposal with a fixed price.
- A thirty-minute introduction, free and without obligation
- The TriMetrix assessment and an intake form as a baseline, including a personal debrief
- A live session of about two hours every month
- Short check-ins in between, and room to spar when something cannot wait
- Measurable goals that we set together in advance
- At the end of each period an evaluation: what has changed, and what is the next step
I take on a limited number of programmes at a time, so we may plan a start date further ahead.
What people want to know before they call
Is your question not listed?
Feel free to call. You will get Gwen herself, not an assistant. If she does not answer, leave a voicemail and she will call you back.
+31 343 47 67 43 info@dudokconsulting.nlWhat does executive coaching cost?
Every programme is tailor-made and the price depends on the duration and the format. I work with subscriptions of six months or a year, because nothing lasting changes in less time. It is a serious investment, and it should be, because you are not buying hours but a change in how you lead your company. After the introduction you receive a proposal with a fixed price, including the TriMetrix assessment.
How long does a programme take?
A programme runs for six months or a year, and can be extended after that. On average we have one live session a month, with a short check-in in between, by phone or online, to keep a finger on the pulse. If something comes up that cannot wait, you can always spar in between. That rhythm gives enough time between sessions to try something, and enough pressure to actually do it.
What is the difference between executive coaching and business coaching?
In practice not much, and the terms overlap. Executive coaching is usually used for people with final responsibility, business coaching is more often about the company itself. We do both in the same programme, because in a growing company you cannot pull them apart.
What does an executive coach do?
Challenge, mirror and keep you sharp. A good coach does not give you answers but makes sure you do not avoid the right questions, and holds you to the goals you set yourself. With us, data from the assessment is added, so the conversation is not based on gut feeling alone.
How do you choose an executive coach?
Look for three things. Has the coach sat in your chair, or only next to it? Does the programme work with measurable goals, or does it stay at good conversations? And does the coach dare to challenge you in the first conversation? You notice the last one within thirty minutes, which is why the introduction is free.
